UN special envoy to Libya Martin Kobler arrived in Cairo on Monday to take part in a trilateral meeting on means of reaching a political settlement in Libya, Youm7 reported.
The Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Abou al Gheit on Tuesday will chair a trilateral meeting comprises Kobler, the High Representative of the African Union to Libya and former Tanzanian President jakaya kikwete.
The meeting aims to boost efforts to encourage political dialogue among warring Libyan parties, said spokesman for the AL chief Mahmoud Afifi.
