The legislative Committee of the House of the Parliament has approved on a court decision to annul the membership of the parliamentarian Ahmed Mortada and appointing politician Amr al-Shobky, who was a member of 50-Member Committee that tasked to draft 2014 constitution, in his post, Parlamany reported on Monday.
Shobky has won the right to represent Dokki and Agouza constituency in parliament and replace MP Ahmed Mortada Mansour, whose membership was deemed void per court ruling.
