Losses of having no revolution on November 11th

I don’t like revolutions or changing of regimes since the alternative will be no better. However, I was hoping we will have peaceful protests on November 11th to express our rejection of the recent economic measures taken by the Egyptian government including the loans and projects.

We have to express our rejection for such political and economical practices. This has not happened and therefore, the government is allowed to move from failure to failure and from crisis to another since it knows that the people will accept those practices and will never object.

People should have demonstrated in the streets but fear and their desire for stability prevented them. Police is getting stronger that they kill people and nobody asks who killed them and why they were killed.

People know that changing the regime won’t help them. People didn’t feel much difference between the successive governments in Egypt since the regime is the same.

In fact, I don’t like revolutions in general, but sometimes they are a must like the revolution of June 30 that came to remove the regime of the Muslim Brotherhood. I only hope that the anger of the people is heard by the government, but I know that social media has raised these voices to the government and to the president.

I want here to thank the social media and the Americans whom put an end to the revolution of the Muslim Brotherhood on November 11th when they elected Donald Trump.
