Egypt’s court of urgent matters will resume consideration of a retrial calls for ban the political movement of “Tamarud” and to freeze its assets, Youm7 reported on Monday.
The court has accepted the appeal against another court verdict, per which the judges recused themselves to consider it. Lawyer Ashraf Farahat filed the lawsuit, saying that the movement does not represent Egyptian people.
