For the fifth time, the governor of Minya failed to persuade the militants to open a Church at Koum Loufy village in order to allow Christians to holy their prayers.
The building has been owned by the church for five years, but has been closed down as the militants refuse it. Several houses of Copts were set on fire last June following a rumor about turning a house into a church.
