Islamic scholar: 99% of Islamic jurists refused testimony of non-Muslims against Muslims

Dr. Saad Helaly, Islamic scholar, said that 99% of Islamic jurists refused testimony of non-Muslims against Muslims.

This came after he was accused of issuance of wrong fatwas that testimony of non-Muslims against Muslims is not accepted in Islam. However, Dr. Helaly assured that he has issued no fatwas, and these are fatwas of Islamic jurists.
