Naguib Gabriel, head of the Egyptian Union of human rights Organization, said that the General attorney in Qena as well as the prosecutor refused to return the girl Rania Eid to her family according to the law assuring that she has converted to Islam.
Family of the girl asked the general attorney to return the girl and show respect for the law.
