Family of the child Fady Saad Khalil is suffering after the child was accused of sexual assault on a Muslim child. The Christian child was sentenced to 15 years in prison by court, and his family was displaced by customary session.
Several MPs held a customary session in May 2016 and agreed that the Christian family may leave their house and the Muslim family may wavier the case in courts. According to the agreement, the Coptic family left their house, but the Muslim family refused to wavier the case. Now, the family of Fady Khalil is not able to return to their home after the child was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
It’s worth mentioning that forensic Medicine report assured that the Coptic child is innocent.
