Police in Manfalout are currently investigating the death of Coptic priest called Daniel Joseph over drinking unclean water during the holy mass.
Sources in the church said that there is no suspected criminal and the death came as the bottles were filled from a new water filter before it is operated properly.
Three other people are receiving medical treatment in hospital after drinking from the same filter as well
