Abba Mark, General Bishop of Paris and northern France, delegated Father Joseph Stephen to attend the Divine Liturgy held on Sunday in Mar Azzaial Church in Brussels.
The priest attended the enthronement ceremony of Bishop George, Patriarchal Vicar for the Diocese of Belgium, France and Luxembourg of the Syriac Orthodox Church.
