The US dollar rate surpassed LE18 in banks on Sunday morning after few days of relative stability.
At the National Bank of Egypt, Banque Misr and Banque du Caire, the US dollar reached LE18 for buying and LE18.10 for sale.
In both the Commercial International Bank and the National Bank of Greece, the dollar rate was LE18.10 for buying and LE18.20 for sale.
In the Arab African International Bank, the dollar recorded LE18.20 for buying and LE18.12 for sale.
At Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank and the Bank of Alexandria, the dollar was LE18.12 for buying, and LE18.22 for sale.
