Fatwa: Muslims shouldn’t sleep on the abdomen

Egyptian fatwa house announced on its official page on Facebook that it is forbidden for Muslims to sleep on the abdomen.

It cited a saying by Prophet Mohamed that God hates such was of sleep and it is better to sleep on the right side.
