After the horrible Palm Sunday terrorist attack, I've noticed many people attacking our beloved Pope Tawadros for supporting Sisi and sharing in the responsibility for what is happening to the Copts in Egypt.
It Is irrational to attack Pope Tawadros especially in this time. We need to show our solidarity, not attacking our Pope becuase he has chosen to support the State not the Regime, regardless of who becomes president after this.
In the hard times, the Copts need to support each other not criticize each other. The Copts who choose this exact moment to attack our Pope, shows that they are not responsible and they don't care about what happened but care more about the attack itself.
Pope Tawadros had no choice but to stand beside Al-Sisi. Egypt was facing a horrible time and the Pope couldn't escape from the boat while it was sinking.
To those who attack Pope Tawadros, and think that Copts face terrorists attack becuase he stands beside Al-isis, I want to remind them that Copts are facing terrorists attack from long long time ago. Terrorists attack Copts all the time and everywhere. Here are some examples: Al-Kosh (first time), Al Kosh (second time), Al-Kedeseen Church, Al-Waraq church, Imbaba Church, Al-Odesiat in Luxor, just to name a few.
All the previous attacks were before June 30th and before Pope Tawadrwas stood beside Sisi!
