The Maghagha Coptic Orthodox diocese issued a statement on Saturday concerning the terrorist incident targeting a Coptic bus on its way to the monastery of Abba Samuel on Friday.
Statement said that the gunmen asked the Copts about their religion, and then they killed them after they distributed small booklets on jihad and fasting the holy month of Ramadan.
It is noteworthy that an armed group targeted a bus packed with Copts heading to the monastery of St. Samuel the confessor, killing 29 and 24 were injured.
