Mansour Mohannady, Qatari opposition member, accused the Qatari government of being responsible for several terrorist attacks in Egypt, including the very recent one against Copts in Minya.
He explained that such evil plan aims to make the Copts lose confidence in president Abdul Fattah al-Sisi and to incite sectarian sedition among Christians and Muslims in Egypt.
