Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of St. Mark See, said the church has nothing to do with the arrest of Christine Selwanis during his meeting with the congregation of Australia last Saturday.
He added that the lady didn’t register to attend the meeting and tried to storm into the place, but police arrested her.
It’s worth mentioning that the Coptic Orthodox Church had called the Australian police not to take any legal procedures against the lady.
