Coptic Orthodox Church decided to recruit disabled people to represent 5 % of the total employees.
The Holy Synod of the Coptic Church decided to rehabilitate the deaf, mute and blind, to carry out some work requiring the use of computers and the use of modern technology to enable them to carry out their work.
According to the new decision, all projects owned and run by the church including hospitals and factories wil have to recruit 5% of its employees from the disabled people.
