On the other hand, Abba Karas, the papal representative of North America, was inaugurated as bishops of the churches of Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware in the United States, and Abba Angelos was inaugurated as Bishop of London. Abba Mark, was inaugurated as bishop of France.
