God created man and made him in the image of Himself. Therefore, death can t be the end of man, but a bridge to reach eternal life. I will ransom them from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death. (Hosea13: 14)
Father Benjamin of Moharraq monastery said In his article The Faithful Foundations of the Saints apparitions said that God is god of the living and when Jesus Christ talked about Lazarus he said he only slept since good people don t die, but depart for another life.
Saints have many virtues that they teach us Remember those who rule over you, who have spoken the word of God to you, whose faith follow, considering the outcome of their conduct. (Hebrews 13: 7) since they are alive He is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living. (Mark 12: 27)
Our church is unity between all believers on earth and in heaven as parts of Christ s body and those parts are united through prayers and intercessions.
God may allow departed saints to appear for certain reasons for His glory and to strengthen the faith of the believers. The departed Christians are alive before God s throne praying and interceding on our behalf and giving us an example to follow.
