Abba Raphael, bishop of Central Cairo churches and former secretary of the holy synod, opened Pope Dioscorus Center for theological studies located at the San Arsani Service Complex.
The new center holds progressive courses in Orthodox theology, allowing many young people to study theology as an introduction to the theological schools and the institutes of Coptic studies.
