Mahmoud Shaarawi, Egypt s Minister of Local Development said today in a news conference that the government is working on legalizing Auto rickshaw in order to solve its problem.
He added that some companies are working on developing a mobile application similar to UBER to make Auto rickshaw valid on demand.
