His Holiness Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of St. Mark See, paid a visit to the shrine of the Metropolitan Bishoy of Damietta and Kafr El-Sheikh and former secretary of the Holy Synod.
The late Bishop died at the age of 76 and was buried at a shrine in the Monastery of St. Demiana in Belqas. Pope was not able to attend his funeral since he was in a pastoral care visit to the United States of America.
