On his return from the UAE to the Vatican, Pope Francis sent a message to the Egyptian president Abdul Fattah al-Sisi in which he said that he prays for him and all his people of Egypt.
His Holiness has also sent telegrams to heads of state of the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Greece.
