His Grace Bishop Arsani of the Netherlands and Belgium cast his vote in the referendum on constitutional amendments in the headquarters of the Egyptian Embassy in The Hague, the Netherlands.
The Bishop accompanied a delegation of priests and the congregation of the diocese, and was received by the Ambassador of Egypt to the Netherlands, Amjad Abdul Ghaffar.
