His Eminence Bishop Gabriel of Beni Suef said the reason of the late enthronement of the new bishops is a new recommendation from the Holy Synod that new bishops have to study many matters and learn from the experience of other bishops before they are enthroned on their bishoprics.
He added that acquiring new experiences is curtail for new bishops including a training on financial matters.
