His Holiness Pope Tawadros II concluded the service week ‘Serve and be joyful’ for youth from Coptic churches in the diaspora held in Egypt for the first time.
For seven days, the participants served a number of villages, elderly and orphans as well as street children and Sudanese refugees.
A number of lectures were delivered by Pope Tawadros and members of the Holy Synod as well as prayers and praises in various languages.
150 young men and women participated in the service, most of whom participated last year in the First World Week of Coptic Orthodox Church Youth from all over the world.
