Dr. Mamdouh Ghurab, Governor of Sharqia, announced that 30 churches and affiliated buildings were legalized according to the law of houses of worship.
He added during a meeting with church representatives that 52 other buildings are currently under the process of legalizing after completing the requirements of civil protection, Urban Planning and Engineering Affairs.
