The Egyptian government headed by the Prime Minister Dr. Mustafa Madbouly held its first video conference meeting in order to implement decisions to reduce gatherings and social distancing using the infrastructure for digital transformation.
He stressed that the government is keen to follow up the implementation of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s decisions regarding confronting the new Corona virus. It is worth mentioning that a paid leave was given to employees and workers who move from one governorate to another.
The Prime Minister instructed the Minister of Transport to organize the transportation movement, whether trains or the subway, so that the severe crowding witnessed in the first day of the implementation of the curfew will not be repeated.
