Catholic Churches in Egypt reopened its gates before worshippers after the Egyptian government decided to reopen houses of worship, clubs, and cafes.
Father Elia, priest of St. Teresa Church, told Copts United that the church held the holy mass to pray for victims of the pandemic and to ask for God s mercy on the world. This came while taking all precautionary measures including wearing masks and social distancing.
