The Cathedral of St. Mark in Alexandria celebrated the feast of the appearance of the head of St. Mark who preached the Egyptians with Christianity.
The feast is celebrated on the thirties of the second Coptic month Baba, which is November 9 according to the Gregorian calendar.
The remains of St. Mark were perfumed during the celebration attended by several priests and a limited number of the congregation due to the precautionary measures to face the spread of COVID-19.
