Bishop Yuanas of Assiut ordained two new priests for the ministry in the diocese at the church of Prince Tadros in Bowait village. The new priests are Fathers Georgious Anton, and Sarabamoun Zahran.
After the ordination, they moved to monasteries of the diocese to spend 40 days of spiritual retreat according to the Coptic rituals.
