Human rights activist, Wissa Fawzi told Copts United that the displaced Christian families from the village of sharbat, affiliated to al-Nahda city, al-Ameria, Alexandria, returned last Saturday to their homes.
Abaskhiroun Suleiman Khalil returned with his family, accompanied by Sherif Hawary, the Salafist Sheik and the Salafist MP Ahmed al-Sharif of al-Nour Party.
A number of Salafist leaders went yesterday to the village where the family members were staying with Omar Galal and under his protection, and brought them back, said Fawzi
He added that Abaskhiroun Khalil will host the parliamentary committee in his home at the village when the repairs are done; pointing out that some Muslims are helping repairing the damages caused to their homes.
