Khalid Ali, a likely candidate for presidential elections is taking a legal action against the head of the Supreme Committee for the presidential elections to investigate the huge advertisements in the streets of Cairo which carries the words “The President” to know who is behind such expensive ads. Ali added that all Egyptians should know who is behind such advertisements and if this exceeds the legal budget.
Ali wondered after the decision of the presidential elections committee headed by judge Farouk Sultan to form a committee to monitor the spending of each candidate as such committee should have been formed long time ago, stressing that it should investigate all violations for the law of elections.
