Dr. Rev. Safwat Bayaadi said that Evangelical church has prepared a list of its candidates which will be sent today to the Parliament to choose from. He added that the representation of the churches in the committee drafting the constitution by 4 people shouldn't prevent Coptic public figures from joining the committee.
A source in the Orthodox church said that Abba Pachomious, acting patriarch, hasn't finished the list of candidates of the Orthodox church yet. The source added that the list will include scholars of constitutional law including Edward Ghaleb and Monsef Suleiman.
