Dr. Hazem Abdul Azim, former Minister of Communications, said on his account on Twitter: Muslim Brotherhood is playing a game to claim elections is fraud if Shafik wins. They are planning to incite people. Those people can do anything.
Abdul Azim added he had nullified his vote in the run-off, pointing out that he is against both: military and Muslim Brotherhood rule.
