Muslim Brotherhood's figure Mohamed Mursi will be addressing the Egyptian people Sunday evening in his first speech as president-elect, announced the Muslim Brotherhood's Freedom and Justice Party (FJP).
Mursi, who will give his speech at the state TV building at 20pm CLT, has also resigned from his post as head of the Freedom and Justice Party and the Muslim Brotherhood's guidance bureau.
The Muslim Brotherhood's presidential candidate, Mohamed Mursi, became the fifth president of Egypt after narrowly beating off competition from rival, Ahmed Shafiq, in the hotly-contested presidential elections' runoffs.
