Maspero Youth Union has issued a statement in which it denounced the prosecutions against the Coptic young people that took a new electronic form after Bishoy Kameel had been sentenced to 6 years in prison on charges of defamation of Islam and insulting the President on Facebook. Also Albier Saber is charged of defamation of Islam on Facebook and is being judged.
It added that Egypt has entered a new era of prosecution and fabricating cases of defamation of religion, and they are going to keep their peaceful struggle seeking justice and equality.
