Sabri Ragheb, Coordinator of the Initiative to save St. Mark See, has waived the lawsuit to stop the papal elections before the administrative court.
Ragheb has thanked the Nominations Committee headed by Abba Pachomius, the acting Patriarch, for their transparency and wisdom in doing their work and excluding the troublesome bishops.
