Judge Mahmoud Mekky, Vice President, in his meeting with a number of young leaders of Egyptian movements and parties, which lasted for 6 hours, said that the presidency should have condemned the events of October 12 earlier, but it didn't as it was busy solving the crisis of the Attorney General.
He added that anyone involved in the events of October 12 should be judged according to the law, and peaceful demonstrations should be well-secured and protected.
Mekky said that groups and associations, including the Muslim Brotherhood, should be rationed. And added that if the current constituent committee of the constitution is resolved, it will be re-formed after consultation and dialogue with all national forces, calling for setting the criteria for the selection of the constituent committee's members.
