Muslim Brotherhood has issued a statement posted on its official website. It said that Islamic Sharia will enjoy a decent place in the new constitution in order to insure the Islamic identity of Egypt.
It added that Islam refuses the idea of the religious government and religious state, and claimed it offers equal citizenship for all the citizens.
