General Congregation Council celebrates the 50th anniversary of Abba Pachomius being a monk

Manassa Thabet, member of the General Congregation Council, told Copts United that the celebration was attended by a number of Bishops, members of the General Congregation Council as well as many public figures such as: Dr. Mostafa Al-Fiki, Dr. Refaat al-Said and Dr. Tarek Heggy.

It's worth mentioning that the Syrian monastery also has celebrated the same anniversary in the presence of H.H. Pope Tawadros II.
