Dr. Emad Gad, vice president of Al Ahram Center for political and Strategic Studies, has urged the Egyptians to boycott the second round of referendum on the constitution for the rigging and forgery encountered the first round of referendum, and especially after the new Attorney General was forced to resign and judges of State Council have refused to oversee the second round of referendum on the constitution.
Gad called the civil currents to boycott the referendum scheduled next Saturday in all 17 governorates remaining.
