Tahrir Square: Retired military soldiers stage a military parade

Retired military soldiers coalition in collaboration with a number of demonstrators have staged a military parade in Tahrir Square.

 

Major-General Midhat al-Haddad, head of  the coalition, said that such parade comes to respond to threats to attack and kill the peaceful demonstrators in Tahrir Square after shooting many of them last week by Islamists.

 

The retired military soldiers and officers  marched chanting against all attempts to give the Egyptian land of Sinai to the Palestinians.
