It’s Sunday again and I have to write but like most if not all Egyptians I feel empty depressed and no desire to talk it is the solitude I usually hide in it when nothing around me works.
However, it is Christmas in Egypt all Orthodox Christians who follow the Coptic calendar celebrate this great event … God’s son birth from the virgin Mary Glory to her and her holly Son our saviour and beloved God!
The Angels Sang that day saying “Glory to God in the heights and peace to his people on Earth” one great event that even Muslims respect and congratulate their Egyptian brothers for the occasion.
So let me start by saying Marry Christmas to all Christian Egyptians and a big great Thank you to all Egyptian Brothers who congratulated us the Christians.
Having said that now I can explain why I feel so empty and refuse to speak write or talk, nothing is giving a glimpse of hope tomorrow will be better than today under the Muslim Brotherhood rule that is trying restlessly to create an Islamic state from Egypt.
I said it and many more said it lots of times we are not against Islam Muslims or religion but ruling a country that suffers from Ignorance, Social Injustice, Poverty, Collapsing Economy takes a lot more than a few Religious Words and heaven and hell threats to the opposition, it is clear the MB - Muslim Brotherhood- guys gave the best they could taking the country from one crisis to a bigger one rather than solving problems.
We see the contradiction everywhere and rumours do not let the truth unveil therefore not knowing where the truth is I’d rather stay silent watch and see where are we heading then tomorrow I’ll know for sure that what was said tow days ago was pure lie or just a rumour when the pure truth will pop up its head and no lies can cover it!
A new cabinet of ministers was appointed or nominated or may be in the process to be nominated and already rumours said 8 out of 10 new ministers are MB? The new ministers were not officially announced I the Egyptian media but some took Turkish coverage of the events as granted truth!
Big confusion everywhere when a minister I personally know –end of without names- is branded as MB and in fact he was one of the best friends of Mubarak’s son –again without names- this proves to which extend we lost confidence in each and every one around media or in ruling power or in the army or the police every one doubts in every one we are all liars or spreading rumours!
My God is this the beginning of the end and which end? Is it The End of Egypt or the End of MB ruling Egypt? I warned last week of the Economic hole Egypt is heading into it and some made it a joke wondering how a country can bankrupt, we saw how Tunis declared it’s inability to pay salaries month end isn’t Tunis the country that was since January 2011 one step ahead of Egypt and Egypt was blindly following with one single exception Egyptian President did not run away like the Tunisian one!
With the economic hole of Egypt we still loose Factories and another factory was set on fire accidental or not it will be like usual Electric Short caused the fire! And who ever behind this fire will set another factory on fire few days or weeks later until WHEN? How many more FACTORIES Egypt can spare and burn? Is this the future of Egypt? Burnt factories that we spend years and generations to build? Is it the revenge on Othman Ahmed Othman family for not taking possession of Egypt or ruling it? No one can deny Othman Ahmed Othman role in the Egyptian Economy their role to build the high dam or a lot of factories and if I recall well one of his sons was engaged to Sadat’s daughter!
Any way as I said I’ll keep silent and watch events develop beyond any doubts I do not want to loose the joy of the Christmas Spirit or make you feel unhappy in such a great day the Day Jesus come one Earth for me you and all humans to save us all without exceptions all we need to do is to accept him in our lives so one again Merry Christmas to all Egyptian and a big warm thank you hag to all Egyptian brothers who celebrated with us this occasion.
