Rev. Sameh Mouris, pastor of the Evangelical Church in El Dobara Palace, called the congregation in his sermon yesterday to fast with the Coptic Orthodox Church for three days.
It’s worth mentioning that the Coptic Orthodox Church holds a lot of collective fasting unlike the Evangelical community. One of these collective fasting is the Fast of Jonah that lasts for three days starting on Monday.
