Administrative Court: governors can't prevent or permit church building

Administrative Court ruled today to cancel the presidential decision to allow governors to prevent or permit church building, modification or expansions.

It said that such decision restrict the right of Egyptian citizens to restore and build  houses of worship, which violates freedom of religion included in the Constitution.
