Alaa Hakim, human rights activist, told Copts United that members of the Islamic group have burnt the house and the restaurant of a Christian man called Karam Antar, 35, after he was accused of raping a Muslim child.
It's worth mentioning that they have destroyed and burnt Karam's properties before he was even arrested or convicted.
