Copts are attacked and displaced for inter-religion couple in Alexandria

Coptic Christians in Hadra, Alexandria, are being attacked and forced to leave the neighborhood on account of a romantic relationship between a Christian young man and a Muslim lady.

 

Sources said that a Salafist Sheikh has gathered many armed men who started attacking the Christians and frightening them in order to leave the neighborhood.

 

Sources added that police and Armed Forces were reported, but they took no action as they fear the reaction of the Salafis.
