Why the word “compromise” isn't renowned in Egypt?
To compromise is to make a deal or solve a problem between different parties where each party gives up part of their demand. In Egypt, to compromise means to have an agreement, typically when a party has to surrender in humiliation. It's more of a negative word than a positive one. However, in English, to compromise means to reach an agreement using more peaceful choices and showing more balance and tolerance.

I'm sure that the Copts in Egypt are quite familiar with this word, and practice it every now and then. However, the Islamists being in power, this word rather means to accept humiliating choices and giving up their rights in many customary sessions that end up with violating the law and encourage the criminals to repeat their crimes after they escape justice! Such customary sessions force the Christians to give up their rights as original citizens in Egypt, and allow many Islamists to oppress the Copts in many ways, promising them that they soon will have to pay the tribute in order to remain Christians in Egypt.

This happens to the Coptic Christians for no good reason save their different religion, and now they have to choose between humiliation and oppression, or forced displacement.

In the past, Coptic Christians used to accept such customary sessions for the sake of the homeland, but now there is no homeland for the Copts in Egypt as its civilization is being destroyed under the new Islamic rule, as they new fanatic governors only want Egypt to be like Somalia, Afghanistan, Sudan, and Pakistan.

I can't believe that those fascists and terrorists are ruling over Egypt, the biggest country with the greatest civilization in the Middle East, and all over the world!

However, you may notice that there was no massive explosions like we saw in Iraq, civil war like they have in Syria and Somalia, division like in Sudan, or killing and robbery everywhere like in Afghanistan. The reason behind this is the Copts who love their homeland and are willing to sacrifice for it. But, would the Copts be able to face more and more from people who are conscienceless, reasonless, and having no appreciation or loyalty for their homeland?
