Pope Tawadros II, said that the situation in St. Mark Cathedral has exceeded all red lines, especially with the negligence and failure of the police, which stained Egypt's reputation all over the world.
He added that many officials showed sympathy, but the Copts are in bad need for actions.
The Coptic Pope said that he has received a phone call from president Morsy, in which the president promised to protect the Cathedral, but nothing actually happened!
The Copts are waiting for decisive and satisfactory decisions from the government, Pope added.
